Tomatoes are gently fed onto the line and move through conveyors designed to protect product quality. From there, they are sorted, inspected, and graded before being automatically weighed and packed into the required formats, such as punnets or clamshells. Modern lines use integrated systems to handle filling, sealing, and transferring packs without manual handling.

Once packed, products move further down the line for labelling, case packing, and palletizing – ready for shipment.
